The Sea Isle Property Owners Association has contracted Marine Clean Safety & Prevention for large debris clean up from navigable channel and the repair of the boat ramp pier. The contract with SIPOA is to clean the center navigable section of the canals from large debris. The existing SIPOA contract does not include large debris directly in front of property or small debris out to the center of canal, under boathouses, lifts, piers or against bulkheads. SIPOA Canal Clean Up Start Date: January 12, 2009.

Safety Inspection - $150

Marine Clean Safety& Prevention is a Class A Marine Contractor. In our professional opinion, storms with high water, erosion, & debris can cause hidden damage to waterfront structures that appear to be structurally sound and safe, but in reality are in need of repair. Safety Inspection includes, Bulkhead, Boat Lift, Boat Lift motors, Pier, Piles, etc. Note: Safety   Inspection fee is FREE with approved cleaning and repair projects.

Debris Removal - $400

Remove existing canal debris found within the parameter of property owners home. Debris removal includes clean up from bulkhead to center of canal for safe, clean & easy access to navigable canal channel. Debris removal estimate also includes the removal of debris under the boathouse and pier area. Large debris, (boats, etc.) may be additional charge if concluded after safety inspection.

Steam Cleaning - Call For Estimate

The Value of Steam Cleaning: Marine Clean Safety & Prevention utilizes steam as it’s main corrosives remover. Floodwaters can contain salt, oil, sewage and other corrosives that can damage piles, paneling, vinyl siding, conduit, AC units etc. Unlike pressure washing, our specialized Steam Cleaner removes corrosives without the dangerous pressure of a standard pressure washer that can severely damage exterior materials.

Home Exterior Steam Cleaning Services - $300-$400 average cost

Storm surges generate high water that will saturate home exteriors with corrosives left behind by floodwaters. Floodwaters can contain salt, oil, sewage, and other corrosives that can damage piles, paneling, vinyl siding,conduit, and AC units. Marine Clean has learned that  removing corrosives from the exterior of your home will help to extend the life of exterior walls, piles and components. Steam Cleaning Maintenance will extend the life of your homes assets.

Steam Cleaning w/ Weather Seal Treatment - Call For Estimate

The ultimate protection from the elements is a combination of steam cleaning and a high quality weather seal protector. Marine Clean recommends steam cleaning and weather seal protector for piles and paneling. Compare Pile Exterior Steam Cleaning and Weather Seal Treatment of $49.00 ea. (average) with pile replacement cost of approximately $800.00 - 1200.00 ea.

Steam Clean Piers & Bulkhead- Call For Estimate

Marine Clean has many clients who understand the value of keeping waterfront structures clean and sealed preventing early deterioration. After high water, Steam Cleaning existing timber bulkheads, piers, decks and piles will extend the life of waterfront structures. A quality weather seal protect is definitely recommended on all timber materials.

Boat Lift Replacement - Call For Estimate

This service includes the complete demolition of damaged existing boat lifts and new installation of boat lift of choice. Lifts are tested for safety after installation.

Boat Lift Repair - Call For Estimate

Marine Clean will Inspect & Repair existing boat lift. Inspection is highly recommended if water  damage to boat lift motors and structures has occurred. In some cases, repairs can be made to save on new installation expenses.

Pier or Deck Repair - Call For Estimate

Storm surges can weaken piles, stingers and deck boards of existing piers. Marine Clean will inspect and repair piers, decks, and docks.
